KENTA電機K911系列介紹 K911 AC 齒輪電機由兩部分組合而成：交流電動機（電壓范圍 24V 至 240V，50/60Hz），具有預(yù)定旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可用于連續(xù)運行（S1）或間歇運行（S3）；以及齒輪箱，齒輪由燒結(jié)鋼或熱塑性材料制成（根據(jù)耐久性要求、工作環(huán)境等選擇），安裝在鋅合金（Zamak 15）外殼內(nèi)作為防護。
接線端采用 Amtronics 絕緣位移式 Faston，防止錯誤連接。電機繞組的保護由自身阻抗提供，必要時可在定子與繞組之間安裝熱保護器（THP）。也可按需提供具有 UL 認證絕緣系統(tǒng)的齒輪電機。
The K911 AC gearmotors arise from the combination of two elements: alternating current motors (from 24V to 240V, 50/60Hz) with predetermined direction of rotation, available for continuous operation (S1) or intermittent operation (S3) and gearboxes, composed of sintered steel or thermoplastic gears (based on resistance requirements, working environment, etc.) placed inside protective Zinc alloy (Zamak 15) shells.
Fastons are applied with the Amtronics insulation displacement, which prevents faulty connections. The electric winding’s protection is guaranteed by its own impedance and, if it’s required, also by a thermal protector (THP) located between the stator and the winding. Gearmotors with UL certified insulation system are available on request too.
